do vigar runes stack and do the lvl of them(minor, major, sup) make a difference in the stacking? so, can i have sup and a major and superior wouldn't cancel the major out?

they do not stack and the last one applied to the same piece of armor is the one that counts meaning you could overwrite a superior with a minor and lose the superior.

if on 2 pieces of armor the higher will be counted
